Over the past weeks, our support teams from Colombia, Poland, and Spain participated in a 4-day ITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) training course — reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
Throughout the sessions, the teams explored ITIL best practices to ensure our IT services are fully aligned with business objectives and focused on value delivery.
